We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and find an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: We do not accept returns for custom or personalized products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges: The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a separate order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
