How do i track my order?
Shipment tracking is done by the respective shipping companies.
You will receive an email as soon as the package has left our warehouse.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Europe: Free (Delivered in 1-4 days).
Rest of the world: 20€ (Delivered in 2-5 days). Free from 200€ orders.
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be accepted, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, including tags.
Tax and custom duties.
EU: Tax is included in the final purchase price. No added import taxes or duties.
Non-EU: Tax is not included in the final purchase price. The package may be subject to VAT/import duty and customs charges, which the customer is accountable for paying in order to receive their order.

OFFPRIX lenses quality.
Our glasses are all equipped with anti-UV400 lenses, and are approved by the European Union.
All our lenses meet the following quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 9002, European Standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013, American Standard ANSI Z80.3:2008 y Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003.
Care and cleaning instructions.
Clean them with a soft cloth and always use the supplied case. Do not use soap or water. Keep them away from direct light sources for a long time.
Do not leave the glasses upside down or drag them on hard surfaces, as this may scratch the lenses.
How do i adjust my acetate sunglasses legs?
Acetate sunglasses are very easy to shape. Use heat from your fingertips or a hairdryer to make it easier:
1. If the temples (arms) are too wide or unbalanced you can fix that by gently bending each of the temples inward or downward, creating a perfect fit.
2. If your sunglass slip down your nose, you can fix that by bending the ends of the temples (arms) downwards and inward, so they sit more securely on your ears.
Warranty and defects
Are your products covered by warranty?
All our products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Valid only when the defective product is returned with proof of purchase, within the warranty coverage period
*This warranty does not cover any of the following: Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water or natural catastrophe. Damage caused by improper use, lack of care or accidents. Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear.
What if I receive a defective product?
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, you must contact us at info@offprix.com, within 30 days of receipt of the order, sending an image clearly showing the damage.
Our team will check the product, and assist you in the best way possible.
