Do you ship internationally, and is shipping free?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free within Europe, with estimated delivery in 1–3 business days. For other destinations, delivery takes 1–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €150 and €9.99 otherwise. Available express options are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Will I need to pay customs duties?

Are all OFFPRIX sunglasses polarized?

What comes with my eyewear?

Sunglasses include a branded box, protective case, microfiber pouch, and cleaning cloth. Sport sunglasses includes a clear lens for low-light conditions. Ski goggles include an EVA hard case and microfiber pouch; spare lenses are sold separately.

How should I care for my eyewear?

Use the supplied microfiber cloth and store your eyewear in its protective case. Avoid abrasive materials, household cleaners, and excessive heat. Never place lenses face down. For ski goggles, avoid rubbing the inside of a wet lens to preserve the anti-fog coating.

Do acetate sunglasses come in different sizes?

Yes, sizing varies by model. As a general guide, temple lengths of 130–135 mm indicate a small-to-medium fit, while 140–145 mm indicate a medium-to-large fit. Overall fit also depends on frame and bridge width. Check “Size & Fit” on each product page for the exact measurements.

Can my acetate frames temples be adjusted?

Yes, an optician can adjust the temples for a more comfortable, secure fit. We recommend professional adjustment rather than heating or bending the frame yourself.

Is OFFPRIX eyewear covered by a warranty?

Yes, our eyewear comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Accidental damage, improper use, and normal wear and tear are excluded. Keep your proof of purchase for any warranty request.
